Take the first step in redefining masculinity – join us!

Men’s Space is a seven-week therapy group designed for men who want to explore masculinity in a healthier, more authentic way. Through guided discussions, psychoeducation, and interactive exercises, participants will challenge societal pressures, develop emotional awareness, reframe limiting beliefs, and strengthen connections with others. Each week will focus on key topics such as expressing emotions, coping with stress, and building meaningful relationships. Led by Self Space intern therapists, this group provides a supportive and judgment-free space for personal growth.
