Amanda believes that everyone is on their own journey, and that we are meant to learn and change along the way. She helps her clients better understand their own feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Amanda works with people coping with depression, anxiety, disordered eating or eating disorders, and body image concerns. She also loves helping clients with identity work, attachment styles, and reparenting. Amanda prefers to meet with clients in person, as she finds it creates the biggest positive impact, though she is available for telehealth sessions on a limited basis.

Savannah is a queer therapist who is passionate about helping people who have undergone traumatic events or challenging life experiences reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. She supports individuals in addressing trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, relationship challenges, and sexuality and has a special interest in working with members of the LGBTQ community and with young women who are looking to explore their identities.
