My approach to therapy is rooted in the idea that, no matter who you are or where you're from, you have the strength to learn, grow, and excel in the face of life's inevitable challenges. These challenges might be abstract ponderings like who am I or Who do I want to be? Or there might be more immediate issues that need attention like improving communication in a relationship or finding ways to overcome anxiety. Whichever it is, together we will create a warm space that allows you to explore these challenges in a safe and productive way.

I work with individuals and couples who feel like they've lost touch with who they are or where they’re heading, feeling like passengers in their own lives instead of the ones driving. If you're dealing with depression, anxiety, identity issues, work stress, or relationship struggles, I can help. Therapy is a tool amongst many to help you in your personal journey, and I aim to provide an experience that is grounding, inspiring, and safe. My goal is to help you rediscover and reclaim that missing piece of yourself, so you can take back control and feel more fulfilled in your life.

My relational approach to therapy is based on my belief that the journey of self-discovery isn’t something we do alone. The best way to understand ourselves, be kind to ourselves, and reach our full potential isn’t just through introspection, but through our relationships with others. It's in these connections that we see reflections of our true selves, our struggles, and our growth. The relationships we build, in many ways, become the foundation of who we are.

My therapeutic approach is customized to fit each client's unique challenges, using scientifically backed methods like Relational Psychodynamic Theory, Attachment Theory, the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). While I specialize in men's issues and relationship challenges, I work with clients from all walks of life, addressing a wide range of needs.

My own journey of self-discovery started when I was a musician and touring around the country in my early 20s. Writing and sharing music showed me just how powerful connection can be. It taught me how important it is to feel seen, heard, and understood by others—an insight that still guides my work as a therapist today. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and two daughters, exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, making music, and enjoying life’s simple moments. It’s truly an honor to be a part of your journey, helping you build deeper connections, find fulfillment, and live a life that reflects your truest self.
